I don't have the spellings in English of the artists who did the LD covers for the first series. However, I know numbers 4, 7 and 20 were done by OAV designer Yasuomi Umetsu.

As for the other images, the B&W drawings are from Yasuomi Umetsu's 1999 book called "ART WORKS" which was released in Japan. It is a good review of his work up to that time. The single picture of Jun is from an English language book called "The New Generation of Manga Artists Volume 1 -- The Koh Kawarajima Portfolio". Next to that is a hand painted garage kit. It's not mine. I remember it sold for a lot of money on a Yahoo Japan auction.

I will remove the images if requested to by the copyright holder.
